Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified IN WRITING by email to: events@driveworkshop.com If you are unable to attend, your registration is transferable.

Refund Policy is as follows: Prior to 15th January 2013, a refund less £150 handling fee. From 16th January 2013 onwards, no refund but substitute welcome. All phone, email, fax and online bookings are subject to the FULL cancellation policy. A cooling off period of 48 hours from the time of booking applies.

Subject to the above conditions a delegate must pay whether they attend or not. Failure to pay does not eliminate the cancellation policy.
